Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Doctor Relationship Manager located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Doctor Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with medical practitioners to drive referrals and foster collaboration. Responsibilities include connecting with doctors, organizing relations-building activities, conducting presentations on the organization's services, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement. The role will also involve addressing queries from healthcare providers and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective communication and collaboration with medical professionals
- Knowledge of healthcare services, particularly in fertility, gynecology, or related fields
- Experience in marketing, networking, or business development in the healthcare sector
- Organizational and time management skills to plan and execute outreach activities effectively
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business management, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
